High structural epoxy primer with a high molecular weight for concrete and steel surfaces. Product Description: Two-component epoxy primer. The product has been tested according to standard specifications: (ASTM D4541). Uses: Primer to increase the adhesion of epoxy paints and epoxy repair materials to concrete and steel surfaces. The product has received a test certificate from the National Research Centre. Features: Good adhesion to concrete and various surfaces. Easy to apply with a roller and brush. Epoxy primer under protective coatings and epoxy floor coatings. Application and Use: Surface Preparation: Thoroughly clean the surfaces to be painted, removing dust, mortar residue, petroleum products, and grease. Freshly poured concrete surfaces should be at least 28 days old. Steel surfaces should be thoroughly sanded to remove rust. Mixing: Stir the primer container thoroughly and add the entire contents of the hardener container to the primer container. Stir continuously until a homogeneous consistency is achieved using a mixer at a speed of 300 rpm for at least three minutes. Application: Apply the primer to the prepared surfaces using a brush. Apply the paint using a roller or spray gun immediately after mixing. Allow the paint to reach initial hardening before applying the final epoxy coating. The application rate is 5-6 kg. |
